Join Programmed and lead a dedicated housekeeping team on Rottnest Island—one of WA’s most iconic destinations. As we gear up for the island’s busiest season, we’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys variety in their day.

Offering $34.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

🧼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of housekeepers across multiple sites
  • Inspect and monitor cleaning standards and team performance
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness across accommodation areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, BBQ areas, and living spaces
  • Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team
  • Work in all weather conditions and lift items up to 10kg

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven housekeeping experience
  • Previous team leader or supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • C-Class Driver’s Licence
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • A professional, can-do attitude and a passion for leading by example
